I officiated the USA Wrestling Elementary Duals this weekend


This was a State event (ISWA) but via USA Wrestling (Folkstyle). I had a kid that was in a defensive position during a near fall situation that told me "I am getting choked" and I said, "if you can breath, you aren't getting choked. Either get out of this position or submit".
